Botox, Fillers, and Laser Treatments

While i talk a lot about taking care of your skin, and how to do so worth skin treatments and certain products to use and even makeup tricks… lets face it- none of that is going to give you as much of a difference as these three!! These are the three secrets celebrities are using. No lie! Jennifer Aniston, Kim Kardashian, Kelly Ripa, Demi Moore, Carmen Electra, Jennifer Lopez… SO many more admit to being addicted. But obviously they have great and conservative doctors because they all look amazing! There is fine line you can cross over to looking way overboard like a lot of the Real Housewives… so at some point JUST SAY NO! lol… you need to just start out doing little by little to see how you like it and than of course just add some here and there…. I have done botox in the middle of my brows and it really made difference. . but i only did 22 units. I am young so thats all i really need. I am due for some more!! Remember that botox and fillers metabolize through your body over time so sweating, exercise, tanning beds, being dehydrated causes them to metabolize quicker! Laser treatments like fraxel are MAJOR skin rejuvenating and anti aging treatments. I have personally seen the difference in people when doing laser and i can’t even begin to describe how many years it take off! In the palm of my hand i put my fav moisturizer, a dab of my tinted moisturizer (for the illumination it gives that i love), and than a small dab of dark mineral foundation (to add color to my skin that i love). Combining products sometimes give you what YOU need and what YOU want…. so why not make your own tinted moisturizer with your favorite products? The reason i say mineral foundation is because mineral makeup is oil free and non comedogenic which means it wont clog your pores… and you dont want to mix anything on clean skin that will cause you to break out… right?

6 days sounds pretty long and tough… but i don’t know about you guys but i just got back from a two week vacation full of bad foods (but so yummy) and yummy drinks. I am feeling pretty horrible, lethargic, tired.. and not to mention my clothes are tighter than usual lol. Step 1: Cleanse with Clarisonic on face and neck. You can use the wash it comes with or even your own personal face wash. As long as it doesn’t have any exfoliator already in it. You uses it for 20 seconds on chin, nose, and forehead, and 10 seconds on each cheek. It give you a double pulse when it’s time to move to the next area on your face.
Step 2: Cucumber Peel Facial. I got this little pack for 1$ at Target. They have a big selection of small little packs of all kinds of different masks. I like the cucumber peel because it really gets down in your pores and black heads and helps remove leftover residue from your day preventing blocked pores and pimples. Leave on for about 20 min and than peel off. Avoid eyebrows and hair or it WILL take it off with your peel lol.
Step 3: Revisions Black Mask. Scroll down to my “Black Mask” post about this mask. It. Is. AMAZING. It’s basically a polish and leaves your skin soooooo smooth and clean feeling.
Step 4: iS Clinical Active Serum. Scroll down to read my “Active Serum” post. This stuff is legit. I don’t suggest using every night preventing over use. I actually only suggest using 2 times a week. Unless you have active acne use more. On dry face, drop these directly onto skin on forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin and rub in with hands.
Step 5: Opal under and around eyes. Put on cream or serum and rub it in with the opal until it automatically shots off for each eye.
