So this may be old news to most of you. . . but for some reason i just picked my first jar up at whole foods the other day… Since my eating habits consist of fruits, veggies, chicken, and white fish i need some extra protein and a tasty snack to help keep me full..protein shakes do that for me. But i have to be really careful because i’ts easy for me to gain weight from them. So to keep my protein shakes extra lean- i use almond milk (unsweetened), PB2 and half a banana. Almonds have a natural vanilla taste to them making it taste better, PB2 is 85% less calories than actual peanut butter, and i put the other half of the banana in the freezer for my next shake.
